Gypsy Jazz concert with 'Titi Robin Trio'

"Music creates magic" I couldn't agree more. It was a magical evening with great music, lovely ambiece and excellent company. Alliace Francaise had organized a gypsy jazz concert with Titi Robin (on guitar), accompanied by Francis (on accordion) and Ze Luis (the percussionist), each one a maestro in their own steed. Their music always started on a low note but build an energetic tempo in no time engaging the listeners completely. Excellent 'jugalbandi' between the three made the evening quite memorable. The concert was a perfect harmony of melody and rythm, and the music, although a fusion of Indian and Mediterranean folklore, brought back the memories of traditional gypsy music. Qué maravilla es el folcklore!!!

The Path to Unknown

In midst of life, a light forgone
the dark mist swallows the light
as I delve further ahead
to find what isn’t there,
and what will never be found.

I look back and know not why
my steps disappear behind me
leaving me stranded
leading me to look forward
to one path that leads to unknown.
