The Path to Unknown

In midst of life, a light forgone
the dark mist swallows the light
as I delve further ahead
to find what isn’t there,
and what will never be found.

I look back and know not why
my steps disappear behind me
leaving me stranded
leading me to look forward
to one path that leads to unknown.

Can't Stop Thinking

I just keep thinking that "why can't i stop thinking?"
Is it because there is so much to think about,
or is it because there is so less to do
that i am forced to think.

Friends say i am restless and i agree,
as the very thaught that i don't know why i am so, makes me restless.
So yet again i start thinking why?
